It’s really good, I think, for your children to see your work and understand what it is. Then it’s theirs as well, so I talk about it.”

Nicole admitted that she doesn’t want her kids to see the show due to its mature themes, including profanity and a storyline involving domestic abuse. Still, she acknowledges the curiosity her daughters have about her career, which is both sweet and understandable. “My kids are always like, ‘What is she doing now? Our crazy mama,’” Nicole revealed to Entertainment Tonight. “But it’s also interesting for them, I think, because they see me creating characters and, you know, they have vivid imaginations themselves and they construct stories, and so that’s all they know.” It’s clear that Nicole’s kids are not only proud of their mom but fascinated by her creative process.

Big Little Lies Season 2: The Star-Studded Lineup
This revelation has us wondering if Nicole’s daughters have managed to catch a glimpse of the episodes now that they’re part of the show!
