During their last public appearance before Hilaria gives birth, the couple shared some hilarious insights into the naming process—or lack thereof.

Alec, ever the joker, threw out a couple of suggestions that had everyone laughing. “Jimmy Fallon Baldwin… Fallon Kimmel Baldwin,” he quipped, sparking laughter from the crowd. But before things got too wild, Hilaria stepped in to clarify their thoughtful approach. “This is the first one that we really don’t know going into it,” she explained, “and we’re going to see what he looks like and take a good look.” Sounds like they’re planning to let the little guy inspire them!

Hilaria and Alec, who tied the knot back in 2012, are already parents to three delightful children—daughter Carmen, 4, and sons Rafael, 2, and Leo, who is just 20 months old. When it comes to managing a house full of kids, Hilaria has been candid about the challenges and joys. In a previous interview, she opened up about how motherhood evolved for her over time. “Carmen did everything with us. Then when Rafael was born, things got complicated,” she shared. “And when Leonardo was born, I had a moment of ‘What have I done?’ panic! There were tears.” But despite the initial chaos, she found her rhythm. “But then I kind of lived it, and it all came together,” she added with a smile.

Bracing for Baby No. 4: Will There Be More Meltdowns?

Even with all her experience, Hilaria isn’t ruling out the possibility of another meltdown once the new baby arrives. “I’m not saying I won’t have another meltdown when this new baby is born!” she joked, showing her playful side. But for now, the family is in full countdown mode, eagerly anticipating the arrival of their newest addition.

Little Carmen is already lobbying for a baby sister. “Mommy doesn’t even want to think about another one right now,” Hilaria confessed. “But we’ll see if she bullies me into it.” Alec chimed in with a lighthearted reminder of the financial realities. “We can’t afford it. [We’re] pretty broke,” he joked, keeping the mood light.
