Closer Weekly reached out to some of the top plastic surgeons in the business to weigh in on this topic. While none of these surgeons have ever worked with Meghan, they had some interesting insights. Dr. Vartan Mardirossian believes that Meghan may have had a very subtle nose job. “The tip of her nose is more refined now and slightly more rotated, giving it that ‘turned up’ look,” he explained. “The straight area above the tip, known as the dorsum, is also nicely refined. These changes are so subtle and natural that they’re likely the work of a highly skilled rhinoplasty surgeon. Importantly, the nostrils and the surrounding soft tissues haven’t changed at all.”

Not Everyone Agrees

On the flip side, not everyone is convinced that Meghan has gone under the knife. Some experts believe her natural beauty speaks for itself. Dr. Andrew Miller suggests, “If Meghan did have any work done, it was likely just a small amount of tip refining to narrow it slightly and lift it.” Notice the keyword here is if. There’s a good chance Meghan hasn’t had any work done at all.

Dr. Adam Hamawy shares the same sentiment. He told Closer, “Meghan Markle appears to still have the same nose she was born with. She doesn’t look like she’s had any plastic surgery to alter the mild imperfections that contribute to her natural beauty.” How sweet is that?!

He continued, “Any differences I’ve noticed can easily be attributed to her facial expressions, makeup, or lighting. Sometimes, the camera can play tricks on us!”

Meghan’s Beauty Philosophy

As it turns out, Meghan doesn’t even enjoy wearing a lot of makeup. Her former makeup artist, Lydia F. Sellers, recently revealed to Refinery 29 that Meghan prefers a fresh, natural look. “Every time I’d do her makeup, she’d say, ‘Can we just make sure my freckles are peeking through? I don’t want a ton of foundation.’ It was all about keeping her skin looking fresh and dewy, rather than caked on with product.”
