A Love Story Over Two Decades Strong
Kelly and Mark first crossed paths in the mid-1990s on the hit daytime soap opera All My Children, where they played Hayley Vaughan and Mateo Santos, respectively. They tied the knot on May 1, 1996, just a year after meeting. After more than two decades of marriage, their bond has only grown stronger. Today, Kelly and Mark balance their careers with raising three children: 20-year-old son Michael, 16-year-old daughter Lola, and 15-year-old son Joaquin.
“We’re incredibly fortunate to have found each other. That’s what I have to say. I would tell Mark, ‘Who would we have married if not each other?’” Kelly once gushed about her husband. “There will be times when you look at each other like, ‘I can’t believe I live with you.’” But despite any challenges, the couple has managed to keep their marriage strong. “That’s what you want in life, to have a great companion, someone who loves you, listens to you, and is your equal in every way,” she concluded.
