"I accidentally sprayed tomato soup all over the camera crew—live—using one of those immersion blenders that didn’t quite make it all the way into the soup," she confessed with a laugh. It's moments like these that remind us that even the most seasoned pros can have off-days. But despite the occasional mishap, Siri still has nothing but fond memories of her time on the show. "Because it's live, everything happens so fast that I practically black out from nerves afterward," she joked. "I'll be like, 'Wait, what just happened?' It’s not all tomato soup mishaps for Siri. She reminisced about one of her favorite segments, where she and her family recreated Benihana recipes on the show. "We go there as a family all the time—probably way more than a typical family does," she shared with a laugh. "They gave us the hats and everything, and we tried to flip our shrimp into the hats during the segment. It was a blast, even if I didn’t quite nail it. But Carson, bless him, managed to get one in!" she recalled. Siri added that while working on-camera can be "crazy and exciting," it can also be "terrifying at moments." But hey, who doesn’t love a little adrenaline rush when you're live on national TV?
