When Life Throws Curveballs, The Rock Stays Strong
You know, life has a way of throwing us curveballs when we least expect it. Just a few days before this sweet video, The Rock shared some pretty intense news about his little girl. In a video posted on Tuesday, March 6, he revealed that Jasmine had been hospitalized following a scary incident at home. He opened up about the experience, saying, “This past Saturday night, something happened to me and my family that I would never want to happen to any of you guys out there. But of course, emergencies do happen. We were up all night in the emergency room. We had something scary that happened with our little baby girl Jasmine. She’s okay now, thank God. But I just wanna say thank you so much to everybody who was involved, so caring and compassionate and responsive.”
And let me tell you, he didn’t stop there. The Rock went on to express his gratitude to everyone who helped during that difficult time. He said, “The 911 operator who was on the phone with me, who was extremely calm, walking me through some processes, the LA Fire Department first responders, UCLA medical team and staff, the doctors, the nurses. Again, everybody, thank you guys so, so much.” This just shows how much of a team player The Rock is, always making sure to acknowledge the people who make a difference in his life.

They’re expecting their second child together, which is just the best news ever. The Rock also has a 16-year-old daughter, Simone, from his first marriage to Dany Garcia, whom he was married to from 1997 until 2007. It’s amazing to see how this family continues to grow and thrive, and it’s such a relief to see Jasmine happy and smiling after what was undoubtedly a scary situation.
