A Journey Through the Seasons
Let’s rewind to the beginning. Seasons 1 and 2 were filmed in Toronto, where it all started. Then, the brothers packed up and headed to Austin for Seasons 3 and 4, before moving on to Vancouver for Season 5. Atlanta was next for Season 6, and then they returned to their roots in Toronto for Season 7. For the past three seasons, they’ve been working their magic in Westchester County. But wait, there's more—they've just wrapped up filming Season 11 in a city that’s close to their hearts!
Nashville: The Latest Stop on Their Home Renovation Tour
“We just wrapped filming three months of Property Brothers in Nashville,” Jonathan shared. “We did 17 houses there, and it was absolutely incredible. Those episodes are coming up soon, so get ready to see some Southern charm in action.”
But why Nashville? Turns out, it’s become their favorite destination so far! “Nashville was so much fun. We’ve got friends there, and the music vibe is just off the charts. It’s not just about country music; it’s about the overall music scene. Plus, the people are so warm and friendly,” Drew gushed. Jonathan chimed in, “And let’s not forget the food. While it might not be the healthiest, it’s undeniably delicious!”
Where to Next? The Power Lies with the Fans
The brothers also opened up about where they’d love to film in the future—and guess what? You, the fans, play a big role in their decision-making process! “We almost filmed in Jersey because we’ve already done two seasons in New York and Connecticut, so we were thinking about Long Island and Jersey,” Jonathan explained. “But it all comes down to proximity and diversity. We like to mix it up with first-time buyers, empty nesters, and everyone in between.”

Tell us where you want to see us because we actually listen,” Drew revealed. “That’s why we’ve been to Texas twice—because our Texan fans have been loud and clear, asking us to come down and film there.”
