Maureen McCormick and the Brady Bunch Gang Reunite for HGTV's Big Project
Let’s give it up for Maureen McCormick—she’s nothing if not a good sport. Sure, she might’ve been a little bummed about not snagging the original Brady Bunch house herself, but hey, she’s fully on board with what HGTV’s cooking up. And what’s that, you ask? A full-blown Brady Bunch reunion! Maureen, who played the iconic Marcia Brady, recently joined her TV siblings—Barry Williams (Greg), Eve Plumb (Jan), Christopher Knight (Peter), Susan Olsen (Cindy), and Mike Lookinland (Bobby)—for a major announcement. They’re all set to help unveil HGTV’s 2019 series, A Very Brady Renovation.
Now, here’s the deal. Back in August, HGTV pulled off a pretty sweet move—they became the proud new owners of that legendary split-level ranch house that graced virtually every episode of The Brady Bunch. And trust me, HGTV isn’t messing around when it comes to home makeovers. They’ve got some seriously special plans for this iconic home, and the entire transformation will be documented in a new series. Scheduled to air in September 2019, A Very Brady Renovation is shaping up to be something truly unforgettable. If you're a die-hard Brady Bunch fan, you’re in for a treat.

Who’s On Board for This Brady Renovation?
This renovation project is no small feat. It kicked off with an epic reunion of the six original actors, who hadn’t been together in 14 years! And guess what? They weren’t alone. Joining them were some heavyweights from the HGTV world: the Scott brothers (Jonathan and Drew) from Property Brothers, Leanna and Steve Ford from Restored by the Fords, Jasmine Roth from Hidden Potential, and Lara Spencer from Flea Market Flip. Together, they embarked on an on-camera walk-through of the house. Keep in mind, though—the interior of the real-life house looks nothing like the one you saw on the show. That was all studio magic, folks!

Big Plans for the Brady Bunch House
HGTV promises that this renovation is just the beginning. It’s one of the biggest programming events they’ve ever taken on, and it’s already generating tons of buzz on social media. Fans and celebrities alike are talking about it, and for good reason. This isn’t just any old home makeover—it’s a full-blown '70s-inspired rehab of one of the most iconic houses in TV history. HGTV’s top design talent is bringing their A-game, and there will be plenty of celebrity guests dropping by to lend a hand. It’s going to be a wild ride.
