When Vanna first started her yarn line a decade ago, she dreamed of reaching the $1 million mark. Now, here we are, doubling that goal! In an exclusive interview with Closer Weekly—now available on newsstands—Vanna, 61, shared her excitement about this milestone. "I remember thinking, 'Wouldn't it be great if we reached a million dollars?' And now, we’ve hit $2 million!" she exclaimed. Talk about exceeding expectations, right?
Vanna, a lifelong knitter, also opened up about her creative side. She often knits baby blankets for the Wheel of Fortune crew whenever they welcome new additions to their families. "I absolutely adore knitting—it’s incredibly therapeutic," she told Closer. "I always have a project on the go. It’s a passion that keeps me grounded and connected." Sounds like Vanna’s got a knack for turning her hobby into heartfelt gifts!

When asked about tying the knot with her longtime boyfriend, John Donaldson, she admitted that marriage isn’t exactly on her radar. "Will we get married? I don’t know," she confessed. "At this point, I feel like I am married. Everything is so good between us—there’s no reason to change anything." Sounds like love knows no formalities for this couple!
A Career She Loves: No Retirement Plans in Sight
When it comes to her career, Vanna is as passionate as ever. After more than 35 years of dazzling audiences as host Pat Sajak’s right-hand woman on Wheel of Fortune, you’d think she might be ready to slow down. But not Vanna! "I love my job, and I can’t imagine not doing it," she said. "There’s just something magical about being part of such a beloved show." Clearly, she’s got no plans to retire anytime soon.
