According to Jephson, Diana wouldn't just help her daughter-in-law navigate the drama; she might have even prevented it from happening in the first place.

What Advice Would Diana Give Meghan?
Jephson believes Diana would have one primary concern for Meghan: ensuring she helps Harry carry the weight of public life. "Meghan's role isn't just about being Harry's partner," he explained. "It's about offering him unwavering encouragement, support, and advice. And, importantly, knowing how to take a joke." Diana would want Meghan to be a stabilizing force in Harry's life, helping him navigate the highs and lows of their high-profile existence.

Meghan's Age and Experience Matter
Jephson also pointed out that Meghan is the same age Diana was when she tragically passed away. "At 36, with a previous marriage and several romances under her belt, Meghan isn't starting from scratch," he noted. "She has life experience and shouldn't expect endless leeway from the British public. The expectations for her, and to some extent Harry, do have limits." It's a reminder that with great privilege comes great responsibility.
But Jephson's message isn't all about pressure. "Harry and Meghan now hold their own future happiness in their hands," he continued. "They'll face media challenges, but it's up to them to seize the opportunities ahead for themselves and their future children. They can't blame anyone else for their path forward."

Jephson suggests Meghan might benefit from turning to Kate Middleton for guidance. "This is a marathon, not a sprint," he emphasized. "The royal family isn't in the business of competing for popularity. I hope Meghan takes a page from Catherine's playbook. When she married William, Catherine made a conscious decision to learn the ropes. Meghan needs to remember her duty to the monarchy always comes first."
