Angelina Jolie and Pax Make a Stylish Red Carpet Appearance
There’s no denying the charm of a mother-son duo, and Angelina Jolie and her 14-year-old son, Pax, were absolutely stunning at this year’s Golden Globes. As a presenter at the ceremony, Angelina brought Pax along as her date, and they made quite the impression on the red carpet. Angelina, ever the loving mom, was seen giving Pax’s tuxedo a quick adjustment, ensuring his look was picture-perfect. Adding a touch of activism to their style, Pax’s tuxedo featured a Times’ Up pin, a nod to the ongoing fight against sexual harassment in Hollywood. Meanwhile, the Oscar-winning actress herself looked effortlessly chic in a long-sleeve black gown, a powerful fashion statement in support of the same cause.

Pax’s Journey and Angelina’s Gratitude
Pax was adopted from Vietnam by Angelina and her then-husband, Brad Pitt, a decade ago. Now 14, he’s grown into a thoughtful young man who continues to support his mom through thick and thin. In a heartfelt interview with the New York Times, Angelina opened up about the challenges she faced following her split from Brad Pitt in 2016. Her children, she revealed, have been her rock through it all. "They’ve stood by me and helped me through such an emotional time," Angelina shared. "They’re the best friends I’ve ever had."
Reflecting on the difficulties of her divorce, Angelina admitted, "None of it’s easy. It’s incredibly hard and painful, but what matters most is the health and well-being of my family." She went on to express her acceptance of the public’s perception of her. "I don’t expect everyone to understand or like me, and that’s okay. What matters is that my kids know who I am and what I stand for," she added.

Brad Pitt’s Reflections on Divorce and Sobriety
On the other side of the story, Brad Pitt has also been reflecting on their separation. In an interview with GQ Style in May, Brad opened up about the challenges he faced after their breakup. "It was too sad to be home at first, so I went and stayed on a friend’s floor, a little bungalow in Santa Monica," he revealed. Brad also acknowledged that his drinking played a role in their split. "I mean, I stopped everything except boozing when I started my family. But even last year, things I wasn’t dealing with… I was boozing too much. It just became a problem," he confessed.
Brad shared his journey toward sobriety and how it's impacted his life. "And I’m really happy it’s been half a year now, which is bittersweet, but I’ve got my feelings in my fingertips again. I think that’s part of the human challenge: You either deny them all of your life or you answer them and evolve," he said. He went on to express his desire to be a better father. "This house was always chaotic and crazy, voices and bangs coming from everywhere, and then, as you see, there are days like this: very…very solemn. And it’s hit me smack in the face with our divorce: I gotta be more. I gotta be more for them. I have to show them. And I haven’t been great at it," he concluded.
