Pax was adopted from Vietnam by Angelina and her then-husband, Brad Pitt, a decade ago. Now 14, he’s grown into a thoughtful young man who continues to support his mom through thick and thin. "It was too sad to be home at first, so I went and stayed on a friend’s floor, a little bungalow in Santa Monica," he revealed. Brad also acknowledged that his drinking played a role in their split. "I mean, I stopped everything except boozing when I started my family. But even last year, things I wasn’t dealing with… I was boozing too much. It just became a problem," he confessed.

Brad shared his journey toward sobriety and how it's impacted his life. "And I’m really happy it’s been half a year now, which is bittersweet, but I’ve got my feelings in my fingertips again. I think that’s part of the human challenge: You either deny them all of your life or you answer them and evolve," he said. He went on to express his desire to be a better father. "This house was always chaotic and crazy, voices and bangs coming from everywhere, and then, as you see, there are days like this: very…very solemn. And it’s hit me smack in the face with our divorce: I gotta be more. I gotta be more for them. I have to show them. And I haven’t been great at it," he concluded.
