After four years of dating, Bindi Irwin and Chandler Powell are still soaking up every moment of their relationship. In a recent interview with In Touch, Bindi opened up about their whirlwind lives and why marriage isn’t on the immediate horizon. "We're so busy with everything, we haven't had time to think about the pressure," she shared candidly. "We're really enjoying the moment, adventuring around the world, and having fun. When the time is right, we'll let you know!"
At just 19 years old, Bindi is juggling an impressive array of responsibilities. She works tirelessly at the Australia Zoo, continuing her late father Steve Irwin's legacy of wildlife conservation. Steve, the beloved Crocodile Hunter, tragically passed away in 2006 after a stingray attack. But Bindi isn't alone in her mission—her partner, Chandler, a 21-year-old former pro wakeboarder, is always by her side. "It’s wonderful to have found someone who’s up for any challenge," Bindi gushed. "From working with crocodiles to making echidna food—which, by the way, is made from squished insects—Chandler is there every step of the way."

A Love Story Worth Celebrating
Bindi and Chandler’s relationship is as sweet as it gets. In an interview with Life & Style, Bindi described Chandler as more than just her boyfriend—he’s her best friend. "He’s my sunshine every day," she said fondly. "Chandler isn’t just my boyfriend, but also my best friend. He is always there and ready to help. We try to stick together as best as we can. Whenever we travel, we always try to travel together. It’s nice knowing you have someone with you who is always on your side." Their bond is truly special, and it shines through in everything they do together.
Steve Irwin’s Legacy Lives On
Although Steve Irwin never had the chance to meet Chandler, Bindi believes her dad would have wholeheartedly approved of her partner. "I’m lucky I have found the one, the person I want to spend all my time with," she revealed in an interview. "Mum [Terri Irwin] and Robert and I have talked about that a lot. We all think dad would have loved Chandler. I believe there’s always someone for everyone, and when you find that one, as we have found each other, it’s a real blessing and a privilege." It’s clear that Bindi sees Chandler as the perfect match—not just for her, but for the entire Irwin family.
