This includes two green juices and one full meal. From the fourth to seventh day, the calorie intake increases to 1,500 per day, allowing for two meals and two green juices daily. Phase two extends over 14 days, during which dieters enjoy three SirtFood-rich meals and one green juice daily. Pippa’s dedication to her diet is matched by her love for exercise.
