As someone who frequently appears in the 51-year-old’s “Fitness Friday” Instagram posts, he revealed that surprise is a key component of their training sessions. “There’s always an element of surprise when we meet for workouts,” Peter explained. “I show up and say, ‘Alright, we’re doing this, this, and this.’ Trust me, it keeps things exciting.”
And what exactly does this surprise workout entail? According to Peter, it’s a mix of high-intensity metabolic exercises. “She’s doing everything from jumping in and out of tires to performing pushups, sprinting, throwing medicine balls, and working with heavy kettlebells,” he said. “We’re talking about climbing ropes, hitting the heavy bag, and even some martial arts moves. The variety keeps her engaged and ensures she’s working every muscle group.”

“Sometimes, I encourage her to take advantage of nature. If she’s in a place with beautiful trails, I always suggest training outside. Why not use the great outdoors as your gym? It’s not just about staying fit; it’s about enjoying the process and giving her a break from our usual routine,” he added. “When she returns, we hit the ground running together, and that’s when we really turn it up a notch.”
