Back when she was just 19, Lindsay faced a serious health challenge with severe stomach ulcers. "I was fortunate to avoid surgery thanks to the incredible support of people who taught me about the power of meditation, prayer, and diet on our bodies," reveals Lindsay, now 68, in her conversation with Closer. This transformative experience ignited her passion for acting. "It became my way of sharing the untapped potential within all of us—things that many people haven’t even considered or heard about," she explains.

After achieving success as an Emmy-winning actress, Lindsay transitioned into motivational speaking and writing. She opened up to Closer about what inspired her to take this new direction. "I had been working nonstop for years, and I needed a break. During that time, I found joy in helping my children and friends. I started hosting small retreats and teaching people the techniques that had been so beneficial for me. It caught on faster than I ever imagined. Before I knew it, I was traveling for 15 months, sharing my message with others," she recalls.
Bringing Spirituality and Acting Together in 'Samson'
Lindsay is now bringing her love for acting and spirituality together in her latest project, the biblical epic Samson. "When we stay connected to divine guidance, we unlock a power within ourselves that we never dreamed possible," she tells Closer. This role allows her to merge her passions and share a deeper message with her audience.
